B3 conducted the public international competition 01/2018 to grant public services for the conservation, recovery, maintenance and implementation of improvements and highway operation of two lots of state highways in Mato Grosso. The 111.9 km sections of the MT-100 highway in Alto Araguaia (Lot 1) and 188.2 km of the MT-320 highway were tendered | MT-208 in Alta Floresta (Lot 2).
The bidder Consórcio Via Brasil, represented by the brokerage firm H. Commcor DTVM LTDA, offered the bid of R $ 10.05 million, the highest value of the fixed concession offered for Lot 1 (Alto do Araguaia), which represents a premium of 179, 16% of the minimum grant value of R $ 3.6 million defined in the Notice.
For Lot 2 (Alta Floresta), the bidder Consórcio Via Brasil, represented by the broker H. Commcor DTVM LTDA, again was the winner, bidding the bid of R $ 6.16 million, higher value of the fixed grant offered to the Lot 2, and which represents a premium of 516% over the minimum grant amount of R $ 1 million defined in the Notice. The bidding was promoted by the State Secretariat for Infrastructure and Logistics (SINFRA) of the Government of Mato Grosso. The term of the concession will be 30 years.
