The commercialization of machinery and agricultural implements in the domestic market of companies associated to the Chamber of Machinery and Agricultural Implements (CSMIA) of the Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment Industry (Abimaq) reached R $ 1.649 billion in the first two months, 5.1% compared to the same period in 2017.
The balance was disclosed on Wednesday (28) at a press conference held at Abimaq headquarters in São Paulo (SP). On the other hand, according to CSMIA, the sector’s exports reached US $ 143.9 million [high of 23.1%] and imports increased by 5.1% [US $ 55.1 million].
