The president of the Energy Research Company (EPE), Luiz Augusto Barroso, gave a lecture on Tuesday (27) at the Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro (ACRJ), says the entity’s website. At the time, Barroso said that Brazil should hold only two auctions this year to hire new power plants.
In his participation, Barroso spoke about the National Energy Plan, growth strategies for the sector, renewable energies, impacts of climate change on energy generation, among other topics.
