Agricultural and road machinery sales reached 4,100 units in April, up 17.6% from March’s 3,5 thousand and 26.4%, compared to 3,3 thousand in the same month last year , according to data released by the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers (Anfavea) on Monday (07), in São Paulo (SP).
In the first four months of the year, the result indicates a decrease of 7.2%, with 11.7 thousand units in 2018 and 12.6 thousand in 2017. According to Anfavea, production decreased by 5.1% – 5, 1 thousand units in April and 5,4 thousand units in March. In comparison with the result of the same period last year, when 5,000 machines were produced, the increase is 1.9%.
In the four-month period, the expansion is 1.3%, with 17.1 thousand units this year and 16.9 thousand in 2017. According to Anfavea, exports up to April were 4 thousand units, which represents an increase of 26 , 3% against the 3,200 last year.
