A series of protests are taking place this morning (21) on some of the country’s major highways. Truck drivers from at least eight states protest against the 8% increase in the price of diesel at the pump. The protest is organized by the Brazilian Association of Truck Drivers.
Some blockades happen in important points, as in the connection of the Port of Santos, that is with the entry interdicted. The paralyzes also happen on roads in Bahia, Ceará, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul.
